Food Pantry

Bethlehem Food Pantry

Bethlehem operates a food pantry to help the families in the area who are struggling to make ends meet, and there are a lot of them.  Currently, we assist around 150 families each time we are open, and have given away thousands of boxes of food since we started just a few short years ago.  It is operated by a team of volunteers from Bethlehem and the surrounding community.  Every dollar that funds the food pantry is donated by individuals.  It was designed as a self supporting ministry to help show the recipients that people do really care about them.

If you are in need of assistance, we open at 2:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month.  Check this website’s News and Events section in case a holiday has moved the open date to another week.  In order to participate in the Arkansas Food Bank, we are a state regulated food pantry.  The only requirement is to bring an I.D. and your current physical address.  You are limited to one box of food per address.

The number of families we assist is continually growing, and will continue to do so.  We are in constant need of donations to keep this ministry going.  If you would like to donate, please see the information below.  We also love to see new volunteers.  If you are interested in helping to process and box food on those mornings or loading and pulling out wagons that afternoon, please contact our coordinator below.  Youth ministries and other groups are more than welcome to come.
