The kids are completing their first semester of 9th grade. Please be in prayer for them as they take semester tests this week. They are regularly attending Friday classes at Emanuel and working hard at their Romanian language classes. Lindsey and Landon turned 15 this month, they celebrated with a day of fun in the snow and a party with friends over.
Bryan is working hard on writing the material for our weekly New Believers’ Classes, preparing lessons for Wednesday night bible studies, making appointments for furlough, and continuing the progress on our little building for bible studies.
Pam is working really hard on language skills this semester. This summer we begin regular children’s programs. Along with the help of Candra, we are tackling homeschool and making great progress.

Above: We filled these tins with homemade goodies in hopes of building new relationships and spreading the good news of Christmas.
Bryan, Candra & Pam drove around the village delivering goodies. The reaction of our new friends at the meat store and post office were so sweet and encouraging to us. We praise God for these new friendships.
We delivered tins to our local pharmacy, convenience store, post office, police department, bank, city hall, and our new friends at the meat store. And a few to friends who have helped with ministry.

Glancing Back &
In November we hosted two Romanian families to celebrate American Thanksgiving with. It was so much fun to share our traditions with friends, as we learn more about Romanian traditions. In December we delivered 15 tins with homemade cookies to local business. This is not a common practice here, it was fun to see the smiles and make new friends. We enjoyed a Romanian tradition of Christmas Caroling on Christmas Eve.
Our weekly bible studies (Wednesdays) are going great. We have had 15 professions of faith. This week makes our 3rd week of our New Believers’ Class (Thursdays). So far Bryan has taught on Salvation and the Bible. This week he will be teaching on prayer. What is prayer? Why is prayer important?
Above: This is our little building. We are averaging 50 or more. We are so blessed to have an inside place meet. Two weeks ago we were able to get a little gas heater. A super big blessing to be dry and warm.
Above: A selfie with our little buddy Alex. It has been a great joy to have him and his grandmother in our Wednesday night bible studies. This little guy stole our hearts in 2015, please pray for the salvation of his family. His oldest brother recently accepted Christ and has been attending our Thursday, New Believers’ Class.
