BETHEL BAPTIST CHURCH
FULTON, MISSISSIPPI WORK TEAM.Meet the “Seven from Heaven”: Brian Ratliff, Marty Wilburn, Philip Christian, Jay Marshall, Tracy McMillen, Dalton McMillen, Barry Thrasher. These men arrived in April for a week of hard work and all seven of them worked so hard we ran out of work for them to do. So, here are some great pictures working on their “washing project” plus many extras we found needed attention.
This team was all about “ministry”. After finishing the primary task they jumped in to help finish up other pending projects: installing ceilings in the boys down, new lighting and switches. And thanks to funding from Liberty Baptist Church in Stamps, Arkansas we were even able finish a tiling project in the girls dorm. Then on their off day they traveled to our Aghu mountain missions to give their testimonies in the worship service there. We are in the third month of a draught. The mountain people mostly grow their own food and their crops have failed. The team purchased rice to take to two villages to help until the rains come.
Sunday the team worshipped with E.B. Magdalona Baptist Church where Bro. Tracy spoke. We enjoyed a last supper before heading to the airport. Here are some happy students with new basketballs and a new volleyball left as a gift by the team.
I can’t say enough thanks to each of “the seven from heaven.” Now you know why the name fits so well.
BMAP Annual Bible Camp
Having camp and the work team at the same time made for some challenges. But everyone enjoyed getting to know one another. Over 700 attended this years camp with over 50 coming to Christ.
NEW BIBLE STUDY STARTED IN BARANGAY 15
Our new Bible Study/Church plant is going well. Here is a recent children’s class in Barangay 15.
Each month we gather our supported missionaries for lunch and debriefing. These are all young men and resent graduates of the Bible College. We try to help them with encouragement and support from their fellow missionaries. Congratulations to all our graduating senior music students who successfully completed their senior recital. Kish Balboa is my voice student.

Our ambitious vision to take the Gospel to all of Asia
Want to help us make some “dreams” come true? Here are architectural drawings of two HUGE projects on our “dream list”: a new gate and entrance to our campus and projected 1st-12th grade academy. Lets talk. Contact missionaries Stan, Doug or Jimmy.
F R O M S T A N
We certainly enjoyed the 7 men from Bethel Baptist Church in Fulton, Mississippi. Thank you brothers for a great week of ministry and fun together. The school year is finishing up and our 3rd graduation ceremonies about to take place. It’s been a long school year, June to May, as we transitioned to the new August to May schedule. Next month we will have an adventure traveling to the mountains of Lub Lub for the national BMAP meeting. Then two teams arrive for VBS and another work team. We always need your prays. An important request concerns my passport. My visa is being held up because all the pages in my passport are stamped. No real problem, just have to get a new one. But, the process will delay any foreign travel.
pray, Pray, PRAY!

We got to travel to Manila with the Bethel work team and glad we did. Philippine Airlines, PAL, also know as Plane Always Late, was indeed late and the team just made their connection. While in Manila it was time for my annual oncology follow-up. St. Luke’s Medical Center, the hospital that does all my care, is a Mayo Clinic certified hospital. We are so blessed to have it here. People from all over Asia come to St. Luke’s for “medical tourism”. I’m now almost 3 years cancer free. PRAISE THE LORD. With graduation coming we are looking forward to the school break even though we will still be busy as ever. Stan, Jimmy & Doug are planning an Asia country tour looking for “open doors” for church planting. It is getting time to send our first Filipino missionary to Asia. We love you all and miss you all very much,
Our work is completely focused on making sure the Gospel is taught in our weekly home Bible study, the sending of the Gospel to Southeast Asian countries, the training of pastors and missionaries at the Bible College and church planting in the Philippines and all over Southeast Asia. Would
